Heath brings a wealth of experience in athlete development, performance training, and organizational leadership, helping individuals reach their highest potential both on and off the field. His approach is built around developing durable, high-performing athletes and leaders through the integration of training, recovery, lifestyle, leadership, and culture.

Rooted in human performance and long-term development principles, Heath specializes in creating systems that produce sustainable results. His coaching philosophy emphasizes movement quality, injury prevention, resilience, and the behavioral disciplines necessary for long-term success. Whether working with competitive athletes or everyday individuals, his goal is to build strength, confidence, and capacity that extends beyond the gym.

Throughout his career, Heath has contributed to elite performance environments including NFL organizations, collegiate athletics, TB12, EXOS, IMG Academy, and ALTIS. His experience spans athlete development, performance systems design, staff development, leadership mentoring, and operational strategy within some of the most respected organizations in sports performance.

At The Forge, Heath works closely with members seeking to improve movement quality, increase foundational strength, and build long-term resilience. Whether through one-on-one coaching, performance training, mobility work, assisted stretching, or leadership development, he is passionate about helping others unlock their full potential.

Outside of The Forge, Heath enjoys spending time with his family and his dog, Rio. He has also appeared in several television productions created by acclaimed writer and producer Taylor Sheridan.

Greg Gdanian is a certified personal trainer and Massachusetts-licensed Physical Therapist Assistant with over seven years of experience helping adults of all fitness levels build strength, improve mobility, recover from physical limitations, and return to the activities they enjoy.

As the founder of Greg Builds Skills, Greg combines his background in muscular injuries, post-surgical recovery, strength development, and functional movement with an encouraging, attentive coaching style. His approach creates a safe, effective, and personalized training environment where clients feel supported, challenged, and confident in their progress.

Whether you are rebuilding strength, improving balance, recovering from setbacks, or simply wanting to move better through daily life, Greg helps you develop the skills, confidence, and lasting strength to stay active for years to come.

Jordan Peralta is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Nutrition Coach dedicated to helping clients build confidence, lose body fat, gain muscle, and improve their overall health through personalized training and sustainable habits.

He believes struggles are opportunities to grow and became a trainer to help people become the best version of themselves by using the knowledge he has been given to serve others. Jordan is passionate about fitness, faith, personal growth, and helping others strengthen their relationship with God while building a healthier, stronger life. His coaching style focuses on encouraging steady progress, building resilience through life’s challenges, and helping clients discover the strength they are capable of achieving both inside and outside the gym.

When he’s not coaching, he enjoys spending time with his dog and listening to podcasts.

Wil helps clients build physical strength while developing mental toughness and purpose, guiding them toward lasting transformation rather than quick fixes.

Rhonda is a Master Trainer and fitness professional with over 30 years of experience dedicated to helping individuals achieve their highest level of health and performance. She believes our health is a true gift and feels deeply privileged to guide others on their wellness journey. Rhonda specializes in training athletes and active seniors, and has extensive knowledge and experience in recovery-based fitness and working with neuro-compromised individuals. Her approach focuses on safe, effective, and purposeful movement that builds strength, confidence, and long-term vitality.

He is passionate about helping clients accomplish what once felt out of reach and building confidence through performance.

JT is a certified personal trainer and running performance specialist who helps runners and active adults train smarter, move better, and build strength and endurance without constant injuries or burnout. His approach combines strength training, mobility, and running mechanics to help clients improve performance, lose weight, and build long-term fitness. JT also uses tools like Garmin and Strava to track progress, manage training load, and keep clients improving safely and consistently. He works with beginners, race-focused runners, and anyone who wants structure, accountability, and a clear plan, not just random workouts.

Madison's love for movement started at Texas Tech, where she studied dance and discovered her passion for group fitness. Since earning her AFAA certification in 2022, she has taught over 2,000 classes and expanded into personal training with NASM. She brings high energy, creativity, and heart into every session, helping members push past limits while keeping fitness fun.
